Marshall moved to Texas from Oklahoma, and exactly two weeks later — on July 15, 2023 — our forever quietly began.He’ll tell you he made the first move. I’ll tell you I simply set the bait. Either way, from that very first night, we both knew something felt different. I brought him to meet a big group of my friends that same evening, and he fit in like he’d always been there. I knew right then I had found someone special.Marshall says he knew I was the one after I survived a concert night with family on the same night I met them. But if we’re being honest, it might have been when he watched me confidently take a champbong like a pro that sealed the deal.Since that day, we’ve built a love full of laughter, loyalty, and a healthy appreciation for each other’s quirks. I lovingly tolerate his “old man” tendencies — the recliner throne, nonstop basketball, and the Weather Channel marathons. He patiently navigates my beautifully chaotic world, my OCD habits, and my occasional retreat into my bedroom when life gets a little too loud.Every morning, he brings me coffee in bed — without fail. And I make him breakfast as often as I can, because loving him well matters to me. It’s in these small, steady acts that our love shows up the loudest.Marshall is a good man with a huge heart and a true team mentality. He loves family and tradition, and he has embraced my family, my children, and my grandbaby as his own. Together, we balance each other — steady and spirited, grounded and bold.What started as perfect timing has grown into a love that feels intentional, joyful, and meant to last.And somehow, between the recliner and the champbong, we found forever.

Maid of Honor – My Beautiful Daughter

There is no greater honor than having my daughter stand beside me on this day. She has been my greatest joy, my constant light, and my forever best girl. Watching her grow into the incredible woman she is today has been one of my life’s greatest blessings. Having her as my Maid of Honor makes this moment even more meaningful, and I couldn’t imagine walking into this new chapter without her by my side. 💕

One of the most meaningful parts of our day is having my son stand beside Marshall as his Best Man. Watching their bond grow has been such a gift, and it means the world to us that he’ll be part of this moment in such a special way. Our wedding is not just the union of two people, but the joining of our family — and having him by our side makes it complete. 💛

We truly cannot imagine this day without the two incredible friends who will be officiating our ceremony. They have walked alongside us through laughter, milestones, challenges, and countless memories — and having them stand with us as we say “I do” means more than words can express.

Our love story has been witnessed, supported, and celebrated by them from the very beginning. They know us individually, they know us together, and they know the heart of what we are building. There is something so special about being married by friends who have seen our journey up close and have loved us through it all.

Having them lead our ceremony isn’t just an honor — it’s a reflection of the community, loyalty, and deep friendships that have shaped our lives. We are beyond grateful they will be the ones to officially send us into this next chapter.

We have secured a limited number of hotel room blocks for anyone who is coming from out of town, looking to make it a staycation, or would like to join in for the after-party fun without the worry of having to safely drive home late at night. You can book any number of days that are listed above at that rate. They are for a Double Queen or a Single King.
